Job summary

Swissport International AG is seeking a Guest Experience Colleague for its Aspire Lounges at Schiphol Airport. You will report to the Supervisor Lounges and join the front-of-house team, taking care of lobby duties, guest hosting, bartending and maintaining hygiene and service standards throughout the lounge.

Your role is to deliver outstanding service and create a welcoming atmosphere where empathy, efficiency, and discretion are key values.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and strong communication are essential.
• Flexible, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work shifts between 05:30 and 22:30, 7 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Host guests and guide them to their seats, explain lounge facilities and services.
• Maintain lounge cleanliness and organisation; respond to guest questions with excellent service.
• Coordinate with kitchen team to ensure food and drinks are available and well presented; advise on dietary needs and allergens.
