Job Summary

As a Guest Experience Colleague, you will report to the Supervisor Lounges and become part of the front-of-house team. You will be responsible for lobby duties, guest hosting, bartending, and maintaining hygiene and service standards throughout the lounge.

Your role is to deliver outstanding service and create a welcoming atmosphere where empathy, efficiency, and discretion are key values.

Key Responsibilities

Hosting & Guest Engagement

• Clearing and cleaning tables after guests leave.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation throughout the lounge.
• Responding to guest questions with excellent customer service.
• Welcoming guests warmly and guiding them to their seats.
• Explaining lounge facilities and services.
• Engaging with guests throughout their visit.
  
  

Guest Experience

• Answering guest questions efficiently.
• Directing guests to the appropriate lounge areas.
• Promoting upgrades and additional services while processing payments.
  
  

Culinary & Beverage

• Working with the kitchen team to ensure food and drinks are always available and well presented.
• Keeping pantry and bar areas clean and professional.
• Advising guests on food, drinks, dietary requirements, and allergens.
• Replenishing stock when needed.
  
  

Essential Skills

• Attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible and able to follow procedures effectively.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and guests.
• Available to work shifts between 05:30 and 22:30, 7 days a week.
  
  

Desirable Skills

• Experience in hospitality, restaurant, hotel or customer service.

Benefits

• A salary ranging from a minimum of €2730,18 to a maximum of €3438,25 gross per month (based on a 38-hour workweek and excluding allowances).
