Job summary

Swissport International AG at Schiphol Airport is seeking a Guest Experience Colleague to join the hospitality team. You will handle lobby duties, guest hosting, bartending, and maintaining hygiene and service standards throughout the lounge.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or guest service is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Present a welcoming atmosphere and host guests in the lounge.
• Assist guests with queries, direct seating, and explain facilities.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the lounge, bar, and pantry.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely availability of food and drinks.
