As the AI-Powered Prospector you will be the first contact with senior buyers, using smart outreach, data signals, and AI-assisted prospecting to fill the pipeline for our Account Executives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales or outreach, preferably SaaS/tech/B2B.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (mandatory).
• Strong communication and multi-channel outreach skills.

Responsibilities

• Intelligent Outreach: identify and prioritize prospects using AI tools and data signals.
• Pipeline Generation: build targeted multi-channel sequences (email, LinkedIn, phone).
• A/B Testing & Iteration: test messaging and timing and iterate based on data.
• Qualifying Inbound Leads: ensure fit and potential value for the AE team.
• Discovery Conversations: uncover impact of current challenges to enable high-value conversations.
• Market & Competitor Research: stay sharp on industry trends and opportunities.
• CRM Discipline: maintain clean, accurate data for scaling.
• Relationship Building: nurture prospects for long-term partnerships.
