Job summary

Sopra Steria, a leading digital solutions provider with over 51,000 colleagues in nearly 30 countries, is seeking a Supply Chain Optimization Consultant to drive innovation in customer operations across the OptimAI team in Belgium and the Netherlands.

The role focuses on using advanced optimization and AI tools, building strong stakeholder relationships, and developing compelling demos and proofs of concept to showcase value to clients. Fluency in English and Dutch is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in econometrics, economics, mathematics, commercial sciences, civil or commercial engineering.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
• Strong IT affinity and familiarity with digital solutions.
• Excellent communication and analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Experience mentoring and collaborating in diverse customer-centric teams.
• Residing in the Netherlands with prior Netherlands work experience.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to supply chain optimization initiatives using advanced optimization and AI tools and innovative methodologies.
• Build and nurture strong relationships within interior and external stakeholders.
• Develop compelling demonstration scenarios and proofs of concepts to showcase the value of optimization and AI tools to prospective clients.
• Contribute to the OptimAI community, sharing expertise and supporting team growth.
• Work together in a team environment, using different supply chain software solutions.
• Combine deep content expertise with an entrepreneurial spirit to identify new opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
