Job summary

Optiply, Amsterdam-based AI-native platform, is hiring an Account Executive to advise CFOs and Operations Directors and not just close deals. You’ll drive data-driven, autonomous procurement conversations and help customers shift from gut-feel purchasing to intelligent automation.

You’ll own the full sales cycle from first qualification to contract, conduct discovery on safety stock and working capital, and present ROI through product demos.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or Tech sales; supply chain/ERP background preferred.
• Full-cycle sales expertise from initial demo to contract signature.
• Fluent in English and Dutch (mandatory) for the home market.

Responsibilities

• Lead the AI conversation with qualified leads through a consultative sales cycle.
• Conduct data-driven discovery focused on safety stock, lead times, and working capital.
• Deliver ROI-focused product demos that show automated stock optimization benefits.
• Collaborate with SDR and Customer Success to ensure a Transformation Roadmap.
