Amacx is seeking an AI-Driven Email & Marketplace Specialist to orchestrate email campaigns and marketplace growth. You will build AI-powered workflows, automate tasks, and optimize product content and listings for better conversion.

You will spend ~80% of time on AI solutions and email marketing, with 20% on marketplaces managed with two agencies. Strong analytics and a proactive, hands-on mindset are required.

Qualifications

Experience with email marketing is essential.
2–4 years of relevant experience in marketing, e-commerce, or CRM.
Bachelor's degree level (HBO) or equivalent working and thinking level.
Experience with marketplaces is a strong advantage.
Experience in automating processes and workflows.
Strong analytical skills and comfortable with data.

Responsibilities

Identify and automate manual marketing processes using AI.
Set up, manage, and optimize email campaigns and flows.
Coordinate marketplace campaigns with agencies and optimize listings.
Leverage AI to improve content, segmentation, and performance analysis.
Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, operations, and content teams.
