AI Acquisition is a remote-first consultancy helping founders scale with AI. You will manage a portfolio of clients, diagnosing blockers, and guiding them toward commercial results, not just activity.

You\'ll work with clients on Zoom, Slack, and our internal systems to drive real outcomes. This role requires 4+ years in client-facing roles, deep understanding of marketing, sales, and offers development, plus the ability to read contracts and explain payment flows.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a client-facing account management, CSM, or business consulting role where you were directly responsible for client outcomes.
• You’ve consulted business owners on how to start, grow, or scale a business and guided them through hard parts.
• You understand B2B lead generation mechanics and can diagnose why campaigns aren’t converting.
• You’re comfortable navigating money conversations, reading contracts, and explaining payment flows under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of active clients across onboarding, growth, scale, and at‑risk stages.
• Run growth workshops, intro calls, and regular check‑ins; you set the rhythm, not the client.
• Diagnose why a client isn’t getting results and propose concrete fixes.
• Log every client interaction and next step in our systems (Athena, Slack).
• Collaborate with CS, delivery, and onboarding teams to prevent anything from falling through the cracks.
