Job summary

Bloom Studios BV in Amsterdam seeks a first dedicated marketer to turn our AI-powered creative output into a content-driven demand engine for enterprise brands. You’ll craft marketing assets that fill a pipeline and support founder-led sales.

You’ll collaborate with junior and freelance creators to shape content strategy, landing pages, and outbound programs while exploring new channels and automation to accelerate growth. Equity opportunities may arise.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of B2B marketing experience spanning content production and at least one of demand generation, ABM, or outbound.
• Portfolio of written B2B content produced to professional standards without a dedicated team.
• Experience running campaigns that generated qualified pipeline, not only impressions.
• Strong AI tool usage as part of daily marketing tasks.
• Commercial sense to craft content that resonates with senior marketing buyers.
• Based in or able to commute to Amsterdam; hybrid with 3 days in office.

Responsibilities

• Own the content strategy across formats and channels.
• Write and produce LinkedIn posts, founder content, customer stories, case studies, use-case pages, and newsletters.
• Brief and quality-check outputs from junior, intern, and freelance producers.
• Run account-based plays into enterprise target accounts: research, targeting, outreach, and materials.
• Generate and warm qualified opportunities for founder-led sales conversations.
• Test outbound approaches and campaigns, iterating based on conversions.
• Design and run lean, measurable campaign experiments across formats and channels.
• Find and test acquisition approaches beyond the standard playbook.
