Job summary

DEPT® is seeking a hybrid AI-Enabled Campaign Manager embedded with eBay's inhouse team in Amsterdam. You will own CRM campaigns end-to-end, from briefing to launch, optimisation and reporting, across email, push, onsite and in-app channels with AI-driven personalization.

You’ll manage timelines and stakeholders, QA all activities, and shape AI‑driven marketing strategies while testing new prompts and workflows to scale performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in CRM, campaign management, or marketing operations.
• Hands-on experience with owned channels (email, push, onsite, in-app).
• Strong project management, organisation, and attention to detail.
• Experience in ecommerce or digital marketing environments.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed, global environment.

Responsibilities

• Own CRM campaigns end-to-end from briefing to launch, optimisation and reporting.
• Build and execute campaigns across email, push, onsite and in-app channels.
• Deliver personalised experiences aligned to EBAY priorities and QA-driven delivery.
• Manage timelines, approvals, and cross‑functional coordination across global teams.
• Experiment with AI-generated copy, prompts, and workflows to improve results.
• Support AI prompt development and scalable marketing automation.
