Job summary

Coda, Recharge division, seeks a Marketing Automation Engineer with AI expertise to redefine marketing with automation, intelligence, and scalable systems. You will design AI-powered agents, implement data-driven automations, and enhance our marketing platform to drive growth.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, integrate LLMs into workflows, and optimize cost and performance while staying ahead of AI developments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in engineering, automation, or related field with impactful AI projects in last year.
• Strong understanding of generative AI concepts and prompt engineering.
• Hands-on experience designing AI solutions using LLMs and agentic workflows.
• Proficient in Python and/or JavaScript; solid SQL and Git experience.
• Willingness to pursue cloud and AI certifications and contribute in multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI agents and scalable automations to support internal teams and enhance workflows.
• Integrate and orchestrate large language models into practical applications interfacing with internal systems.
• Evaluate existing automations and propose enhancements for efficiency.
• Build and maintain RAG pipelines using vector databases, embeddings, and feedback loops.
• Contribute to best practices in prompt engineering and AI system design; collaborate across the business.
• Evaluate and optimize AI model costs and performance in production environments.
• Stay updated with latest AI developments and explore new tools and use cases.
