Job summary

HP in Amstelveen is seeking a Partner Relationship Manager to strengthen engagement with partners across organizations and to support sales opportunities with pricing, product questions and follow-up. You will coordinate campaigns and enable partners through HP tools and programs.

Qualifications

• Approximately 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in sales, partner or account support, marketing, customer success, sales operations or another customer-facing commercial environment.
• Bachelor-level thinking and working, gained through education, relevant experience or a combination of both.
• Professional fluency in Dutch and English, as both languages are used in partner and internal communication.
• Strong communication, planning, organization and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset and an interest in business performance and sales trends.
• Confidence using Microsoft 365 tools and an interest in learning HP commercial platforms and processes.
• Experience in the IT industry, technology market, channel ecosystem or an international organization can be helpful, but is not required.

Responsibilities

• Partner relationship management: strengthen engagement and expand relationships across partner organizations.
• Opportunity management and commercial support: assist with product questions, pricing and follow-up.
• Sales and marketing activation: plan and support HP campaigns and events to drive commercial activity.
• Partner enablement: guide partners on HP tools, programs and processes; onboarding support.
• Operational excellence: own customer support escalations and drive process improvements.
