AIMMS is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to own and optimize our GTM stack with AI-native workflows. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Pre-Sales and Customer Success to build scalable processes, ensure data quality, and enable teams through clear documentation and training.

You will drive improvements in lead routing, opportunity management, and reporting while maintaining strong cross-functional collaboration and a focus on measurable impact.

Formación

• 2-5 years in revenue operations, sales operations, or business analysis in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Hands-on Salesforce or HubSpot admin; Admin certification is a plus.
• AI-native working style with practical examples of workflows or automations.
• Strong analytical thinking; turn messy data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Documentation and enablement mindset; explain complex concepts to non-technical colleagues.
• Confident prioritization; balance requests with a clear rationale and trade-offs.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Map and improve go-to-market workflows across lead routing, opportunity management, renewals and handovers.
• Create clear Confluence docs and deliver training to ensure new processes stick.
• Maintain a searchable catalog of AI use cases and set standards for readiness and adoption.
• Improve data quality across Salesforce, Pardot, Apollo, ZoomInfo and other platforms; standardize metrics and dashboards.
• Align commissions, bookings, ARR, and renewal data with finance; reconcile CRM and financial records.
