Job summary

LangChain is seeking an Enablement Lead to set the technical foundation for new enterprise customers, teaching teams to build effectively on the platform and advising on agent development and evaluation.

You’ll run live workshops, design advisory sprints, and create scalable enablement assets, while representing customer feedback to Product and Engineering. This role requires hands-on agent development experience and strong teaching skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building LLM/agent applications with real architectures
• Strong Python and ability to debug live code in front of customers
• 2+ years in a technical, customer-facing role with live workshops
• Enjoy teaching and can simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
• Willing to travel up to 20% for customer engagements

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and education for new enterprise customers on the LangChain platform.
• Design and run live, hands-on workshops that build real product fluency.
• Run focused advisory sprints for customers working through architecture or evaluation challenges.
• Build internal agents and tools to streamline Enablement team's operations.
• Create enablement assets (tutorials, reference implementations, best-practice guides).
• Act as the voice of the new customer, feeding friction points back to Product and Engineering.
• Stay current on agent engineering practice and translate learnings into teaching.
