Job summary

osapiens is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to strengthen our GTM execution across our multi-product SaaS portfolio. You will build an AI-first enablement engine, craft field-ready messaging, assets and e-learnings, and drive certification scalability without manual review overhead.

You’ll collaborate with Solution Engineers, design teams, and SMEs to ensure content is practical, engaging, and adopted by Sales, with measurable impact on win rates and onboarding.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales or GTM enablement, startup or consulting background.
• Proven ability to create scalable learning assets (SCORM) and enablement programs.
• English fluent; Dutch/German/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build an AI-first enablement and certification model at scale.
• Design and manage internal certifications and cadence to improve execution.
• Translate solution expertise into field-ready messaging, assets, and talk tracks.
• Run a win/loss loop to inform updates for messaging and certifications.
• Create scalable onboarding and continuous learning content.
• Evolve enablement processes with new formats and tools.
