Job summary

osapiens in Amsterdam is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to strengthen GTM execution across our 20+ SaaS solutions. You will craft high-impact enablement content and an AI-first certification framework that scales without heavy manual review.

You will collaborate with Solution Engineers and designers to ensure consistent, compelling messaging, assets, and e-learning, driving adoption and measurable participation across the Sales organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in sales or GTM enablement.
• Experience creating learning assets that drive adoption and behavior change.
• Experience with AI-enabled enablement and certification.

Responsibilities

• Build an AI-first enablement & certification model at scale.
• Design and manage internal certifications (levels, assessments, recertification cadence).
• Translate solution expertise into field-ready messaging and assets with cross‑functional teams.
• Run a win/loss insights loop to improve messaging and enablement.
• Create scalable onboarding and continuous learning content that drives participation.
