Job summary

iSpeedToLead is seeking a Product Manager to own the outward half of the product—users, market, and the 'what and why'—in a fast-paced, AI‑driven marketplace for leads. You’ll work with a Product Owner focusing on delivery to maximize LTV, margin and retention, while directly shaping platform onboarding, buying experience, and monetization.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in B2B SaaS or marketplaces, strong unit‑economics know‑how, and hands-on user research with a data‑driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B SaaS or marketplaces with measurable impact.
• Strong understanding of unit economics including LTV, CAC, payback, and contribution margin.
• Hands-on user research experience with synthesis work.
• Ability to tie product ideas to measurable upside before development starts.
• Experience pulling and working with data using SQL, Amplitude, BigQuery, or similar tools.
• English C1+; communication must be clear for American users.
• AI-first by default; using AI to 3x output is expected.
• High ownership and decisive in ambiguous fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Talk to users constantly and turn conversations into decisions.
• Own platform improvements across onboarding, buying experience, lead quality, retention, and monetization.
• Tie every brief to LTV, CAC payback, margin per lead, or revenue per active user with numbers.
• Model value before build with rough sizing of impact to guide engineering focus.
• Write one-page briefs around problem, evidence, and impact; hand off for execution.
• Ship experiments weekly; kill failures fast; scale winners.
• Pull data directly with no analyst between you and the truth.
• Track competitor changes and what they shipped.
