Job summary

Howspace is seeking a Product Manager to accelerate AI-driven features in our fast-growing SaaS platform for L&D. You’ll own initiatives end-to-end—from problem framing to shipped feature and measured impact—with a focus on speed, iteration, and clear outcomes.

You’ll run rapid discovery, craft precise specs for engineers and AI agents, and drive day-to-day delivery while aligning sales, marketing and CS to maximise commercial impact. Fluent English required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years PM experience in fast-growing B2B SaaS
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Experience shipping features that involve AI components or AI tooling

Responsibilities

• Run fast discovery to map customer problems in days.
• Craft precise specs for engineers and AI agents to execute flawlessly.
• Drive day-to-day delivery and independent scope decisions to keep momentum.
• Define what success looks like upfront and evaluate real results after launch.
• Rally sales, marketing and CS to maximise commercial impact.
