Job summary

Elfsquad helps manufacturers scale customer-specific solutions. We are seeking a Marketing Lead to own performance across search, paid social and display, targeting manufacturers with complex, configurable products.

You will set budgets, run rigorous tests, and align messaging with the Growth Marketer and AI GTM Engineer. You will own the company’s SEO and ensure data-driven attribution within HubSpot to drive qualified leads.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience running paid campaigns (search, paid social, display) for manufacturers or complex B2B environments.
• Hands-on SEO and website ownership — keyword research, technical SEO.
• Proficient with Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, and attribution/reporting.
• Understand buying dynamics of manufacturers with complex configurable products.
• Have used AI directly in your own work (keyword research, ad variants, reporting).
• Judgment on quality and brand; able to tell converting ads from polished ones.
• Strong English communication; Dutch/German/Polish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own performance strategy and execution across search, paid social, and display advertising.
• Manage and optimize budgets strategically for ROI and pipeline goals.
• Set up rigorous testing frameworks (A/B experiments, creative testing, bid strategy validation).
• Collaborate with Growth Marketer and AI GTM Engineer to align messaging, offers, and intent targeting.
• Own SEO strategy and the company website: keyword research, on-page and technical optimization, and lead generation optimization.
• Implement robust measurement frameworks to connect ad spend to pipeline within HubSpot.
• Report on performance marketing KPIs.
• Stay on top of trends, tools, and AI-driven optimization techniques.
• Use AI to speed up keyword research, content drafts, ad variants, and reporting; maintain quality and brand fit.
• Adapt approach per market Benelux, DACH, Nordics, Poland.
