Job summary

iSpeedToLead is seeking a Product Manager to drive high-value features for our marketplace. You will own the outward-facing product, focusing on users, market, and the reasons behind decisions, while collaborating with a Product Owner on delivery.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in B2B SaaS or marketplaces, strong unit economics knowledge, and hands-on user research. You will work with data (SQL, Amplitude, BigQuery) and communicate clearly with American real estate investor users.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B SaaS or marketplaces with measurable impact.
• Strong understanding of unit economics including LTV, CAC, payback and contribution margin.
• Hands-on user research with synthesis work behind it.
• Ability to tie product ideas to measurable upside before development.
• Experience pulling and analyzing data using SQL, Amplitude, BigQuery, or similar tools.
• English at C1+; communication must be sharp for US real estate investor users.
• AI-first by default; leverage AI to 3x output.
• High ownership and decisive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Talk to users constantly: buyers, power accounts, and churned users, turning conversations into decisions.
• Own platform improvements across onboarding, buying experience, lead quality, retention, and monetization, identifying and fixing weak links.
• Tie each brief to LTV, CAC payback, margin per lead, or revenue per active user; quantify upside.
• Model value before building, sizing impact to guide engineering focus to money-moving work.
• Write one-page briefs built on problem, evidence, and impact, then hand off for execution.
• Ship experiments weekly, kill failures fast, and scale winners.
• Pull your own data directly with no analyst as a barrier.
• Monitor competitors closely and know what they shipped before users tell you.
