Job summary

HeadFirst Group is seeking a Product Manager to own part of a global platform, partnering across Business, Strategy, AI, and Operations. You will balance long‑term vision with daily iteration, delivering fast, AI‑driven improvements across markets.

You will work at the intersection of Product, Technology, AI, and Operations, driving a strategy that aligns with regional needs, and collaborating with engineers to ship and iterate in tight cycles.

Qualifications

• Deep domain experience in MSP, staffing, contingent workforce, talent management, or procurement.
• Proficient in using AI daily to research, prototype, design, and ship.
• Able to prototype quickly and make tangible designs within hours.
• Works in short cycles with AI-powered engineering teams to move fast.
• Able to decide with incomplete information and maintain structure in ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Find where domain insight, technology, and AI can materially improve delivery of services.
• Turn ambiguous challenges into measurable hypotheses and experiments.
• Write detailed product definitions and partner with AI-powered engineering teams to build and iterate.
• Manage backlog, priorities, and roadmap to shorten time to market.
• Take ideas from prototype through production, adoption, and continual improvement.
