Quatt is rapidly expanding its European operations to accelerate the energy transition. We seek an ambitious Ops Champion to unite planning, logistics, installation, and field performance into a single, scalable operation that drives growth and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Turn everything between a customer’s signature and a warm home into one scalable, tech-enabled operation—planning, logistics, installation, and field performance to drive growth, quality, and profitability.
• Own work preparation: convert deals into material lists and installable jobs with predictable throughputs.
• Own the plan: keep daily plans stable and editable by sales, support, and field teams within guardrails you set.
• Own logistics and supply chain from warehouse to installation site to ensure timely installs and optimal inventory.
• Own installation cost and quality of each job, including whether it finishes in one visit and customer perception upon completion.
• Own installation capacity by region and product, and defend it in S&OP planning.
• Own the installation network including crews, freelancers, and partners, with performance management and supplier mix decisions.
• Automate your function so more volume is delivered with the same team.
