Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering experience.
• 4+ years in engineering management with hands-on coding.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers, owning delivery and development.
• Drive continuous improvement and team growth.
• Mentor engineers through 1:1s and career plans.
• Build next layer of leadership (tech leads, senior engineers).
• Guide architectural and technical design decisions with the team.
