Job summary

FitForMe is seeking a Sales Effectiveness Analyst based in Rotterdam to drive an AI-enabled HCP Engagement function. You will own the operational backbone, define KPIs, build dashboards, and craft training and playbooks to scale field success across the Netherlands.

The role reports to the CEO and blends analysis with hands-on workflow design, CRM governance, and cross-functional collaboration. Hybrid work and international exposure are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in an analytical or business discipline.
• AI-native: use AI as the default first pass on analysis and build AI-assisted tools, workflows and agents.
• Experience with HubSpot, Sales Ops, Rev Ops, Business Control, Sales Training, actual Sales, Account Planning, Commercial Automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the HCP Engagement operational backbone with KPIs, dashboards and reporting.
• Develop training, playbooks and tools so the team operates consistently.
• Manage the CRM, dashboards and workflows for end-to-end lead/engagement flows.
