Job summary

Profound Projects is seeking a Performance Marketer who combines data expertise with analytics to drive client growth. You will lead data-driven campaigns, track performance, and present insights directly to clients while collaborating with developers and designers.

Proficiency in English is required; Dutch and Papiamentu are a plus. This is a full-time on-site role in the Netherlands with opportunities to leverage AI tools to improve workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience in data-driven marketing and analytics.
• Understanding of SEO, SEA, and social advertising.
• Strong presentation skills to clients.
• Ability to interpret data and write clear reports.

Responsibilities

• Implement, manage and optimize SEA campaigns (Google Ads).
• Implement and optimize social media ad campaigns.
• SEO optimization of websites.
• Set up and manage data tracking with GA/Tag Manager.
• Monitor, report on KPIs and campaign performance.
• Collaborate with developers and designers.
• Present results to clients and act as primary contact.
• Troubleshoot data issues using GA4, Ads, Search Console.
