Job summary

FitForMe is seeking a Sales Effectiveness Analyst to drive the HCP Engagement function. You will own the operational backbone, including the sales process, workflows and tools, and ensure data accuracy across accounts and segmentation. You will report to the CEO and shape KPI dashboards to guide decisions.

You will leverage AI-first workflows, optimize training, and collaborate closely with Marketing and field teams, supported by a hybrid work model from Rotterdam.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in analytical or business discipline.
• AI-native approach and experience using AI-enabled tools.
• Experience with HubSpot, Rev Ops and Sales Ops is a plus.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Own the HCP Engagement operational backbone and workflows.
• Define and track KPIs, dashboards and reporting for the function.
• Manage CRM data, segmentation and account planning.
• Develop training, playbooks and tools for the field.
• Collaborate with HCP Marketing and cross-functional teams.
