Job summary

ING in Amsterdam seeks a Medior Process Expert to drive high-impact transformation in Digital and Scalable Operations. You will leverage process improvement, AI-enabled workflows and KPI-led initiatives across the bank, guiding complex change projects with independence and collaboration.

You will work in a hybrid setup with flexible home/office balance, contributing to scalable, data-driven solutions and to the development of DSO methodologies while partnering with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in process improvement, digitalisation or change initiatives.
• Experience in global organisations or cross-cultural projects.
• Experience with process frameworks and standards.
• Experience with AI, workflows or reporting technologies.
• Excellent command of English.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support complex change projects with suitable complexity.
• Analyse information and translate findings into practical actions.
• Develop and implement process frameworks, KPIs and measures.
• Drive digitalisation and scalability initiatives with timely delivery.
• Identify dependencies and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Own your work and raise risks when needed.
• Share expertise and coach colleagues on the job.
