Job summary
Deloitte in Amsterdam seeks a Manager to shape strategic AI and data transformation initiatives across client engagements. You will drive growth, define engagements and coordinate cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists and cloud specialists.
In this role you will partner with senior executives, translate complex technical concepts into actionable business outcomes, and oversee end-to-end delivery from vision through go-live.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience as a software engineer and solution architect.
- Proven track record delivering enterprise-grade AI and data transformation programs.
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic and commercial growth of AI & Data offerings.
- Define proposals and convert opportunities into engagements.
- Guide technology teams through platform and product strategy, design and architecture.
- Deliver transformation programs focused on data platforms, AI and cloud.
- Mentor multidisciplinary teams and foster continuous growth.
- Partner with Talent teams to attract and retain top talent.
- Drive delivery lifecycle from vision to post-implementation support.
- Champion a high-performance culture based on collaboration and integrity.
