Job summary

ING Nederland seeks an AI Management consultant to lead end-to-end AI initiatives in Wholesale Banking Advanced Analytics. You will manage the AI portfolio, engage stakeholders across business, AI, tech, and risk, and coordinate governance to accelerate AI value delivery.

You will work in a truly international environment, shaping AI strategy and ensuring efficient execution while aligning with regulatory requirements and risk controls.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a senior advisory/consultancy role.
• Master's degree required; fluency in English; Dutch a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complexity into clear concepts.
• Experience with design, product thinking, lean/Agile delivery.
• Proven stakeholder management and cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end AI funnel from idea to scale.
• Manage and refine AI portfolio and operating model.
• Engage stakeholders and prepare decision-making with clear messaging.
• Lead AI strategy governance and flagship programs.
• Drive adoption and value in the end-to-end value chain.
