Job summary

Amazon is seeking an AI Data Associate (MLDA) to perform foundational labeling tasks across speech, text, audio, and video data. You will handle confidential information with care and follow internal guidelines to meet KPIs.

You will work with diverse data types and support multiple task types, contributing to responsible AI development while maintaining high attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Fluent in Dutch (CEFR C1+) and English (CEFR C1+).
• Strong business writing and report/proposal creation skills.
• Analytical thinking with structured problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent research skills across multiple sources.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strict confidentiality for customer privacy.
• Work with diverse data types (text, speech, audio, image, video).
• Produce high-quality labeled data per guidelines and KPIs.
• Demonstrate ability to judge and decide with ambiguous information.
• Carefully follow instructions and switch between requirement categories.
• Identify process issues and suggest changes to SOPs and tools.
• Provide floor support and clarify internal queries as needed.
• Analyze root causes and propose improvements to labeling quality.
