Qualifications

• An Associate’s Degree or related work experience.
• CEFR C1+ Dutch and CEFR C1+ English.
• Strong business writing and communication skills.
• Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to interpret and implement detailed instructions across projects.
• Proven research skills and synthesizing information.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve data labeling quality across text, speech, image, and video.
• Follow guidelines and use in-house tools to deliver high-quality labeled data.
• Analyze root causes and propose improvements to labeling processes.
• Support daily operational tasks and address internal queries as needed.
• Ensure confidentiality and comply with Amazon policies.
