Job summary

Amazon Development Center Netherlands is seeking an AI Data Associate to perform foundational labeling across speech, text, audio and video data. You will follow guidelines and use in-house tools to deliver high-quality data while maintaining strict confidentiality.

You will join a diverse team focused on responsible AI development, meeting KPIs and supporting operational data tasks with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or related work experience.
• Fluent in Dutch (CEFR C1+) and English (CEFR C1+).
• Strong business writing and ability to produce reports.
• Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving.
• Ability to interpret detailed instructions across projects.
• Experience researching information from multiple sources.
• Attention to detail in managing complex tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strict confidentiality as customer privacy is a priority.
• Work with data across text, speech, audio, image, and video.
• Label data to meet KPIs using in-house tools.
• Generate high-quality human insight data across modalities.
• Make sound judgments when information is ambiguous.
• Demonstrate eye for detail and task-switching agility.
• Support daily operational deliverables for multiple tasks.
• Identify root causes and propose labeling improvements.
• Suggest SOP or tooling changes to unblock operations.
• Provide floor support for internal queries when needed.
