Job summary

Amazon is seeking a ML Data Associate (MLDA) in the Netherlands to label diverse data types (text, speech, audio, video) with accuracy and confidentiality. You will follow guidelines to meet KPIs, generate insights, and support operations while navigating complex instructions across tasks.

Qualifications

• CEFR C1+ or equivalent fluency in Dutch
• Written and spoken knowledge of English at CEFR C1+
• Strong business writing skills with ability to create reports, proposals, and professional correspondence
• Advanced reading comprehension for complex business documents
• Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving
• Ability to interpret and implement detailed instructions across projects
• Proficient research skills gathering information from multiple sources
• Proven attention to detail in managing complex tasks and documents

Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality; customer privacy is top priority
• Work with diverse data types: text, speech, audio, image, video
• Deliver high-quality labelled data using guidelines to meet KPIs
• Generate high-quality human insight data across modalities
• Make sound judgments with ambiguous information while performing tasks
• Show eye for detail and switch between requirement categories
• Support daily operational deliverables for multiple tasks
• Analyze root causes and propose labeling improvements
• Identify and unblock day-to-day process issues in SOPs and tools
• Provide floor support to clarify internal queries as needed
