Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Fluency in Dutch (CEFR C1+) and English (CEFR C1+).
• Strong writing, analytical, and research abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strict confidentiality and handle diverse data types (text, speech, image, video).
• Label data to meet KPIs using in-house tools and guidelines.
• Generate high-quality human insight data across modalities.
• Make sound judgments with incomplete information during tasks.
• Demonstrate eye for detail and flexibility across requirements.
• Support daily operations for multiple task types within the team.
• Analyze root causes, identify error patterns, propose labeling improvements.
• Identify and unblock day-to-day process and SOP/tool issues.
• Provide floor support and clarify internal queries when needed.
