Job summary

Amazon Development Center (Netherlands) B.V. in Den Haag area is seeking an AI Data Associate to perform foundational labeling tasks on speech, text, audio, and video data.

You will help ensure confidentiality and deliver high-quality labeled data aligned with our KPIs, using in-house tools and guidelines. Strong attention to detail, the ability to switch between task categories, and proficient English and Dutch language skills are essential for success in this role; prior degree or related work

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or related work experience.
• CEFR C1+ or equivalent fluency in Dutch.
• Written and spoken knowledge of English is essential (CEFR C1+).
• Strong business writing skills with ability to create reports, proposals, and professional correspondence.
• Advanced reading comprehension with ability to analyze complex business documents.
• Developed analytical thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and follow strict confidentiality as customer privacy is our most important tenet.
• Work with data types including text, speech, audio, image, and video.
• Deliver high-quality labelled data to meet KPIs using in-house tools and guidelines.
• Demonstrate proficiency in generating high quality human insight data across modalities.
• Make sound judgments when faced with ambiguous or incomplete information.
• Show eye for detail and the ability to pivot between requirement categories.
• Support daily operational deliverables for multiple task types.
• Analyze root causes, identify error patterns, and propose labeling quality improvements.
• Identify day-to-day process issues and suggest changes to unblock operations.
• Provide floor support to clarify internal queries as needed.
