Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or related work experience.
• CEFR C1+ or equivalent fluency in Dutch.
• CEFR C1+ in English (written and spoken).
• Strong business writing, reports, proposals, and correspondence.
• Advanced reading comprehension for complex documents.
• Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving.
• Ability to interpret and implement detailed instructions across projects.
• Proven research skills and information synthesis.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strict confidentiality; protect customer privacy.
• Handle diverse data including text, speech, audio, image, and video.
• Generate high-quality labelled data using guidelines and in-house tools.
• Demonstrate proficiency in producing insight data across modalities.
• Make sound judgments with ambiguous information.
• Demonstrate attention to detail across tasks and categories.
• Support daily operational deliverables for multiple tasks.
• Analyze root causes and propose labeling quality improvements.
• Identify and unblock day-to-day process and SOP issues.
• Provide floor support and clarify internal queries as needed.
