Job summary

Destinus, a leading European aerospace company, seeks a Production Planner and Controller to join our UAV-focused manufacturing team. You will manage the master production schedule, coordinate material planning, and monitor production progress to meet deadlines and budgets.

You’ll collaborate with procurement, engineering, and logistics to ensure timely delivery of finished goods, while supporting project budgets and schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• 3–8 years of proven experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems (MS Dynamics 365 f&o preferred).
• Knowledge of project management software (MS Project, Trello, Asana) is a plus.
• English & Dutch will be your working language.

Responsibilities

• Master Production Schedule: forecast production needs aligned with delivery deadlines.
• Material Requirement Planning: coordinate with procurement and manage suppliers.
• Monitor production: oversee schedule execution and track progress.
• Coordinate with departments: collaborate with procurement, engineering, and production.
• Reporting and documentation: prepare performance reports and records.
• Budget and planning: assist in budgets and project plans with finance input.
