Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in production planning or related area.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems for scheduling.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication.
• Fluent English in a fast-paced manufacturing context.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize production schedules for on-time delivery.
• Coordinate work orders, materials, and production priorities across operations.
• Monitor inventory levels to balance availability and stock optimization.
• Collaborate with Procurement to ensure material availability.
• Plan allocation of equipment, materials, and capacity for efficiency.
• Track manufacturing progress and address deviations from plan.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to minimize disruptions.
• Coordinate with Logistics to meet customer delivery commitments.
• Maintain accurate production records and performance reports.
• Analyze performance and suggest process improvements to boost productivity.
