Job summary

Destinus is seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Planner and Controller to join our UAV components manufacturing team. You will manage master production schedule and coordinate materials to ensure on-time delivery within budget.

The role requires collaboration across procurement, engineering, and production, plus reporting and budgeting support. English and Dutch are working languages; MS Dynamics 365 and MS Office experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• Proven experience (3-8 years).
• Proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems (MS Dynamics 365 fø will be preferred).
• Knowledge of project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana) is a plus.
• English & Dutch will be your working language.

Responsibilities

• Master Production Schedule: analyse sales forecast and orders to forecast production schedule and procurement needs aligned with delivery deadlines.
• Material Requirement planning: coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of materials; manage suppliers for quality and on-time delivery; maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Monitoring Production: coordinate with production team to execute the schedule and track progress to meet deadlines.
• Coordination with other departments: collaborate with procurement, engineering, and production; work with logistics for timely delivery of finished goods.
• Reporting and Documentation: prepare reports on procurement and production performance and variances; maintain records of product information and orders.
• Budget and Planning support: assist in preparing and monitoring project budgets; support in plans and schedules; collaborate with Finance to track invoices and expenditure.
