Job summary

Destinus seeks a dynamic Production Planner and Controller to join the UAV-focused manufacturing team in Hengelo, Netherlands. The role ensures production runs on time, within budget, and aligned with sales forecasts and customer orders.

You will master the production schedule, coordinate with procurement, engineering and logistics, monitor progress, and support budget planning. Fluency in English and Dutch is required, with MS Office and ERP systems experience essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• Proven experience (3-8 years) in production planning or manufacturing roles.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems (MS Dynamics 365 f&o preferred).
• Knowledge of project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana).
• English & Dutch will be your working language.

Responsibilities

• Master Production Schedule: forecast production schedule and procurement needs from sales forecasts and orders.
• Material Requirements Planning: coordinate with Procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components; manage suppliers to meet quality and delivery targets.
• Monitoring Production: oversee execution of the schedule; track production progress to meet deadlines.
• Coordination with other departments: collaborate with procurement, engineering, and Production; work with logistics for on-time delivery of finished goods.
• Reporting and Documentation: prepare reports on procurement and production performance; maintain organized records.
• Budget and Planning support: assist in budgets; support project planning and track expenditures.
