Job summary

Destinus is seeking a dynamic Production Planner and Controller to join our UAV components manufacturing team in Hengelo, Netherlands. You will lead master production scheduling, align procurements with forecasts, and coordinate with procurement, engineering, and logistics to ensure on-time delivery of finished goods.

The role requires 3–8 years of experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong skills in MS Office and ERP systems (MS Dynamics 365 F&O).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business/PM related field.
• 3-8 years of proven experience in production planning and control.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems; knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 F&O preferred.
• Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Trello, Asana).
• English and Dutch working languages required.

Responsibilities

• Master Production Schedule: forecast production needs from sales forecasts and orders.
• Material Requirements Planning: coordinate with procurement to ensure timely materials and supplier management.
• Monitoring Production: oversee execution of production schedule and track progress.
• Coordination with other departments: collaborate with procurement, engineering, production and logistics for timely delivery.
• Reporting and Documentation: prepare procurement and production performance reports and maintain records.
• Budget and Planning support: assist in budgets and project plans; track invoices and expenditures.
