Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle accounting.
• Familiar with IFRS and Dutch GAAP.
• CPA, ACCA or equivalent is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the company’s overall financial operations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Manage full-cycle accounting: general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, month-end and year-end closing.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and laws.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely completion.
• Develop and maintain internal controls and compliance policies.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, budgets, forecasts, and analyses.
• Monitor cash flow, cost control, and financial performance.
• Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions.
• Perform other finance-related duties as assigned.

We are currently looking for Accounting Manager, the final title and level (Manager vs. Sr. Manager) will be determined based on the candidate's background, experience, and interview assessment. The details Job responsibilities as below:

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the company's overall financial operations and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records.
• Manage full-cycle accounting, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, month-end and year-end closing, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and all applicable laws and regulations.
• Coordinate and support internal and external audits, ensuring timely completion of audit requirements.
• Develop, implement, and maintain internal controls and compliance policies to mitigate financial and operational risks.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, budgets, forecasts, and business analysis to support decision-making.
• Monitor cash flow, cost control, and financial performance to improve operational efficiency.
• Liaise with external stakeholders, including auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions.
• Perform other finance-related duties as assigned.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting or finance experience, preferably with management experience.
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle accounting and the ability to independently manage the complete accounting process.
• Solid understanding of financial regulations, statutory audits, Accounting compliance, and corporate governance.
• Familiar with tax compliance, financial reporting, budgeting, and internal control systems.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and Dutch GAAP.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent are an advantage.
