Job summary

GAC Motor Europe B.V. is seeking a Marketing Intern in Amsterdam to support regional campaigns across Europe. You will help plan and execute marketing activities, conduct market research, and assist with materials, digital content, and events.

The role offers exposure to branding, analytics, and cross-border collaboration within a fast-growing international environment. Fluency in English and proficiency with MS Office are required, with extra points for social media and content creation

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• Strong interest in marketing, branding and automotive sector.
• Excellent research, analytical and organizational skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-growing international environment.
• Strong English written and spoken communication.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with social media and analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

Who You Are:

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Marketing team in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and brand activities across European markets.

• Conduct market and competitor research, including competitor activities, product launches, pricing, campaigns, and market trends.

• Support the preparation of marketing materials, presentations, reports, and internal communication materials.

• Assist with content planning and coordination for digital and social media channels.

• Support the organization and execution of marketing events, exhibitions, product launches, dealer events, and other brand activities.

• Coordinate with internal teams, local markets, agencies, and external partners on day-to-day marketing activities.

• Collect and consolidate marketing information and feedback from different European markets.

• Support the tracking and reporting of marketing activities and campaign performance.

• Assist with administrative and coordination tasks within the Marketing team.

• Take on other marketing-related tasks and projects as required.

What You Bring:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, International Business, Media, or a related field.

• Strong interest in marketing, branding, and the automotive industry.

• Good research, analytical, and organizational skills.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-growing international environment.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with colleagues from different cultural backgrounds.

• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.

• Experience with social media, content creation, design tools, or marketing analytics is a plus.

• Knowledge of the European automotive market or interest in Chinese automotive brands is a plus.
