Job summary

GAC MOTOR Europe is seeking a Marketing Intern in Amsterdam to assist the European marketing team with campaigns, content planning, and event support. You will conduct market research, help prepare materials, and coordinate with local markets and agencies in a fast-paced international environment.

The role requires currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or related fields, strong English communication skills, and proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support the Marketing team in planning and executing campaigns and brand activities across European markets.
• Conduct market and competitor research including product launches, pricing, campaigns and trends.
• Assist with content planning and coordination for digital and social media channels.
• Prepare marketing materials, presentations, reports and internal communications pieces.
• Support organization and execution of marketing events, exhibitions and dealer events.
• Coordinate with internal teams, local markets, agencies and external partners on day-to-day activities.
• Collect and consolidate marketing information and feedback from European markets.
• Track and report marketing activities and campaign performance.
• Assist with administrative tasks within the Marketing team.
• Take on additional marketing-related projects as required.

We are currently looking for Marketing Intern, the details Job responsibilities as below:

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Marketing team in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and brand activities across European markets.
• Conduct market and competitor research, including competitor activities, product launches, pricing, campaigns, and market trends.
• Support the preparation of marketing materials, presentations, reports, and internal communication materials.
• Assist with content planning and coordination for digital and social media channels.
• Support the organization and execution of marketing events, exhibitions, product launches, dealer events, and other brand activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams, local markets, agencies, and external partners on day-to-day marketing activities.
• Collect and consolidate marketing information and feedback from different European markets.
• Support the tracking and reporting of marketing activities and campaign performance.
• Assist with administrative and coordination tasks within the Marketing team.
• Take on other marketing-related tasks and projects as required.

What You Bring

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, International Business, Media, or a related field.
• Strong interest in marketing, branding, and the automotive industry.
• Good research, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-growing international environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with colleagues from different cultural backgrounds.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience with social media, content creation, design tools, or marketing analytics is a plus.
• Knowledge of the European automotive market or interest in Chinese automotive brands is a plus.
