Looking for a Partner – B2B Agent in the Netherlands

Please note: This position does not include a fixed salary.

We are an international group of companies with over 10 years of experience in temporary employment and staff leasing. Our group consists of three companies: Sunny HR Solutions (Latvia), Hansa Work Agentura (Lithuania), and Hansaport (Lithuania).

We specialize in providing qualified workers from the Baltic countries (Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia) to companies in Germany and the Netherlands.

Currently, we are looking for an Account Manager – Agent in the Netherlands who will help us find new clients – companies in need of personnel.

Our main areas of expertise include:

• Manufacturing and industry
• Construction
• Airport and ground operations
• Logistics
• General laborers
• Hospitality and hotel business
• Agriculture and agribusiness
• Cleaning and janitorial services

We have the capability to source workers for almost any profile with the necessary skills and knowledge, depending on the client's requirements. The only exception is that we do not work with professions requiring higher education (e.g., doctors, engineers, lawyers, etc.).

Someone familiar with the labor market and the needs of employers

Responsibilities:

• Conducting negotiations with clients and guiding them until the contract is signed.
• The Account Manager's responsibilities end after the contract is signed.
• If the Account Manager wishes to take on additional tasks and there is a need on our side, the scope of additional responsibilities will be discussed in advance, and the payment percentage will be increased.

Payment:

We do not offer a fixed monthly salary, as this reduces the Account Manager's motivation.

Payment is in % of the total turnover for each contract.

Payments are made monthly until the contract expires.
