Job summary

Payhawk is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our fast-growing sales team in central Amsterdam. You will drive new business, generate opportunities among companies with 300+ employees, and close deals while balancing a customer-focused approach with results-driven performance.

You will leverage multi-channel outreach, conduct discovery calls, present the Payhawk value proposition to senior executives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth handoff to account

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales focusing on net-new business.
Experience selling to firms with 300+ FTEs and a proven track record of 6-figure ARR deals.
Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills; native Dutch required.

Responsibilities

Identify and prospect new opportunities among target accounts (300+ employees).
Lead multi-channel outreach (cold calls, emails, social selling) to generate qualified pipeline.
Conduct discovery calls, qualify needs, and present Payhawk value to executives.
Manage entire sales cycle from initial contact to close and transition to account management.
Maintain CRM records and consistently exceed sales targets.
