Job summary

Lleverage is building an AI-driven operating platform to automate back-office workflows. The Commercial Associate will drive the sales pipeline, identify and qualify prospects, and nurture relationships with decision-makers across industries in the Netherlands and beyond.

You will leverage cutting-edge AI tools to scale outreach, work with a top commercial team, and grow into an Account Executive role within 12 months. This is a high-ownership, data-driven sales role based in Amsterdam.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in outbound sales development or similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Dutch and English.
• Experience with CRM tools and sales automation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify high-value prospects across target industries.
• Create personalized multi-touch outreach campaigns.
• Conduct discovery calls to assess needs and fit for the AI platform.
