Job summary

ShipBob, Inc. is seeking an Operations Support Manager to develop and support our partner fulfillment centers, driving training, system setup, and high standards across the ShipBob dashboard and fulfillment services.

This role reports to the District Manager, Fulfillment Operations and focuses on onboarding, KPI delivery, and continuous improvement. You will collaborate with 3PLs, MES, and internal teams to ensure 3PLs meet KPIs and SLAs, while expanding merchant onboarding internationally and

Qualifications

4–6 years of operations, e-commerce fulfillment, or fast-paced environments.
Experience leading new teams and setting them up for success.
Advanced understanding of either outbound or inbound fulfillment operations.
Willingness to be on-site up to 90% of the time, including weekends and nights.

Responsibilities

Train and coach 3PL partners to success defined by ShipBob Scorecard.
Set up tailored training sessions for stakeholders across dashboard configuration and functionality.
Resolve onboarding questions and ensure quick adoption of ShipBob tools and WMS.
Support inbound and outbound fulfillment operations to start accurately and efficiently.
Provide clear feedback to merchants and internal teams on performance gaps.
Collaborate with Freight partners to organize transport when needed.
Develop scalable kitting solutions as sites grow and demand increases.
Attend Weekly Business Review calls and drive closure of actions.
