Qualifications

• 4-6 years of operations, e-commerce fulfillment experience or fast-paced environments.
• Ability to manage and onboard 3PL partners and drive KPI/SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Coach and guide 3PL partners to success defined by ShipBob Scorecard.
• Set up tailored training sessions for stakeholders and dashboard configuration.
• Bridge partner objectives with ShipBob capabilities to optimize WMS and SOP adherence.
• Support inbound/outbound fulfillment operations and CI initiatives.
• Attend weekly business reviews and maintain timely updates to internal teams.
