Job summary

ShipBob is seeking an Operations Support Manager to partner with 3PLs, oversee onboarding, training, and system setup across our fulfillment network. You will build strong relationships with new and existing partner sites, coordinating training and ensuring ShipBob dashboards and services are used effectively.

On-site presence is expected up to 90% of the time, across locations in Europe, with emphasis on scalable processes, KPI delivery, and continuous improvement to meet merchant and network

Qualifications

• Experience with onboarding 3PL partners.
• Ability to create and reinforce training materials and sessions.
• Strong focus on KPIs and SLAs to drive performance.
• Willingness to be on-site up to 90% of the time across locations.

Responsibilities

• Coach and guide 3PL partners to success defined by ShipBob Scorecard.
• Set up tailored training sessions for stakeholders based on dashboard configuration.
• Reinforce training materials to promote self-service and smooth interaction with ShipBob tools.
• Support onboarding at ShipBob for 3PL partner sites and manage related questions.
